PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receives and attends to guest’s needs in the restaurant outlet.
2. Serves food and beverage to guest according to prescribed service standards and procedures of restaurant service with emphasis on speed and accuracy.
3. Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, fixtures, service area, and door area and menu folders in the outlet assigned.
4. Knowledgeable on the different types of wines and their proper service.
5. Maintains and updates the restaurant outlet’s reservation book and guest history book.
6. Keeps Restaurant Supervisor updated on the reservation, guest satisfaction and special request.
7. Performs the duties and responsibilities of the Restaurant Supervisor when the need arises.
8. Performs the other tasks assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor, which leads to the guest satisfaction.
