1 lemon
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of crushed ice
How to cook Lemon Juice
1. Wash the lemon in water and then cut into 2 pieces. Take the seeds out and squeeze the lemon juice into a cup. Keep it for use later.
2. Set fire. Put the water, sugar and salt into the pot. Boil the mixture until melt together.
3. Pour the boiled mixture to mix with lemon juice. Stir well and season as you like.
4. Put the crushed ice into a glass then pour the lemon juice into the glass. Stir well and serve immediately.
