measure of sampling adequacy (KMO) was used to test the appropriateness of using a PCA. The KMO value was found to be 0.955; this result strongly supports the use of a PCAandsuggeststhatthedatamaybegroupedintoasmallersetofunderlyingfactors. Two extraction criteria were used: eigenvalues greater than one and interpretability. The analysis of the items identified four factors and these accounted for approximately 69percentofthevarianceinthevariableset.Ofthe32items30wereusedtodelineatethe components.
