Main Responsibilities
•Manage the ongoing governance programme through liaison with representatives across the department to collate meeting packs and ensure follow up actions are delivered within agreed timeframes
•Work collaboratively with shared services including IT and facilities to provide staff with the necessary tools and resources required to fulfil their roles
•Event management for team days, offsites and Tesco expos
•Supporting the induction process for new starters to ensure a smooth onboarding
•Owning and managing a project to remove frustrations and barriers to productivity within the department
•Drafting internal communications on behalf of senior management
•Adhoc projects and administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate
•Previous experience in an administrative function
•Enjoys building strong relationships
•Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
•Understands stakeholder management and is able to work in a fast paced environment and balance priorities
•Excellent PowerPoint and excel skills
