Please use training record when you have training course and use On the job training (OJT) for evaluation the performance.
On the job training (OJT), direct supervisor and /or manager is responsible to observe the employee performance after training course completed. This should be done within quarter period after training. Then, direct supervisor and/or manager is responsible to complete the after training assement form indicating the employee knowledge and skill are whether increased or improved.
Remark; On the job training (OJT) is Thai language. I think your supervisor can support you. And if your team have a problem about how to use this form. Please hesitate to contact me.
