khun Tagoon, to change business email required authorization letter from the company starting that the company would like to change the register business email of the licenses. The detail below need to be included in the latter.
The authorization letter for change administrator:
- Put in the company letterhead.
- On the letter, stated that the company authorized to take over the license to new user.
- Put in all the license number and authorization number (you may attach your license information on the excel file).
- Put in the current/ previous administrator email address and new email address to replace.
- Signature from the top manager/ management.
Once the letter is done, kindly attach it as an attachment in reply to this email so I can assist to proceed for your request.
