I did that. I think this is bug in windows 8.1 cause apphelp.dll normally associated with other application especially explorer.exe. And if explorer.exe is killed, taskbar will disappear.

Have you checked with the X-TRAP developer about running it in windows 8.1?

Or anyone here using windows 8.1 that has the same problem as mine? Any resolution?
