Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for job openings to meet business needs typical assignments may include keeping abreast of competitive market practices and conditions
• Manage vendor relations/partnerships, implementing global/regional talent acquisition policies and programs
• Oversee workforce planning, utilization and related staffing and manpower reports
• Maintain the recruitment process and employee’s profile are effectively put in systems
• Prepare the evolution and staff mobilization reports for oversea staff recruitment cases
• Support and give recommendation to related parties in terms of the application of Thai Labour Laws that effect in all HR & Administration practices
• Plan, design and evaluate the employee compensation and benefits schemes and support practices
• Responsible for developing procedures for and supervising the preparation, documentation and disbursement of all payroll cheque/direct deposits, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments
• Support all employee communication events and administrative function in order to ensure a smooth HR operations and employee services
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management/Development, Industrial Psychology, Public Administration, Political Sciences, Laws or related fields
• More than 7 years of experience in HRM/HRD and Administration preferred from Recruitment & Selection and Compensation & Benefits function from Manufacturing, Operations or Construction business
• At least 3 years of experience in Supervisory/Middle Managerial level
• Computer Literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint and proficient in Excel) and familiar with HRIS programs will be advantage
• Proficiency in English Communication
• Possess Strategic Thinking, Collaborating & Interpersonal Skills, Team Leadership, Development of Staff competencies with Hands-on and Positive attitude
• Be able to work on alternate Saturday (2 days per month)
