Repeated measures one-way, considering all pre-strength exercise values in each condition, demonstrated an effect for RR [F(5, 32.2) = 6.56; p < 0.001; power observed = 1.00], with higher values in the control condition compared to post 30-min (p < 0.001), and 1-h recovery (p = 0.004). There was no effect for lnRMSSD [F(5, 31.9) = 1.80; p = 0.141; power observed = 0.650; all results in Table Table22].
