Payoneer’s Account Approval Department was unable to approve your application with the information provided. The address that you provided does not seem to be your private residential address and in order to approve your application we request an updated address and a copy of your government-issued photo ID.

If the address provided is your private address, please send us a copy of a proof of residence for this address. Acceptable forms of proof of residence are government-issued ID with your name and this address, or a copy of a recent utility bill that has your name and this address (examples of utility bills we accept are gas, water, electric, phone, cable bill, etc.). Please note that we cannot accept bank statements, mobile phone bills or visa or stamps in your passport as a proof of residence.
Payoneer’s Account Approval Department is also requesting a copy of your government-issued photo ID. You can send your driver's license, passport, national ID, or military ID. If your ID is in a different language than English, we prefer an international passport.
Please make sure the ID matches the details provided on your Payoneer account application and that the document is clear, and has your name and your date of birth displayed clearly. Documents that are difficult to read can cause further delays, so please enlarge and lighten copies when you scan, for clear viewing.
You can scan/take a photograph of your documents and attach them to your reply to this e-mail. We prefer jpeg format under 1MB.
