Unfair treatment , victimisation , inconsistency and wrong information are all examples of aggression (Boddy , 2011:367 ; Botha , 2008:207&209 ; Randall , 2002:42 ; Scott-Lennon & Considine , 2008:14 ; Vaga & Comer , 2005:104). To convey wrong information can undermine a person's reputation , and to undermine someone's reputation is aggression in the workplace (Krahe , 2001:123).
