Understand product specification, features, and get installation and trouble shooting skills
Configure proper configuration for hardware and software
Discuss with customer for optimizing solution
Create & revise training materials, and Provide technical training in Bangkok or in other countries
Make an annual training plan, and coordinate training.
Provide Installation or Trouble Shooting support on cal or on site in countries
Communicate with engineers in R&D department or headquarters for finding out solutions
Make effort to have good communication with staff in countries
Make effort to enhance customers satisfaction and presence
