• Answer incoming telephone
• Liaise with External Accountant on Company Accounts and Audits
• Maintain Petty Cash Accounts
• Maintain Bank Accounts
• Manage Staff Payroll and Personnel Administration
• Manage Accounting/Administrative Records and Filing System
• Manage Company Purchases and Receipts
• Manage Government Returns of W/H Tax and PNDs
• Follow up on administrative matters in the office
