Well... in general you don't need headphones when listening to isochronic tones. But this video/audio is a blended mix of isochronic frequencies, I can barely hear it from my speakers. So I recommend to use headphones, for the optimal experience.

+Edward Enderlein To be able to hear all the blended frequencies, you need headphones, unless you have very good speakers. It's a matter of how it's supossed to sound. I always use my headset, also when I created this video, then I got some negative comments about the sound. So I decided to listen through my speakers and it did not sound the same. It's about how it sounds, not how isochronic tones works.

If you don't feel good, feeling any discomfort, getting headaches, etc, listening to any of the isochronic videos, I've uploaded. Please don't listen to them, maybe try to listen a few times more, if it still makes your head hurt, then it's better if you don't listen to this video. We're all different, what's "feels" good for one person may have the opposite effect on another.

Is the 'crackling' as if there is distortion or a faulty cable making and breaking contact suposed to be there??? It resembles a crackly vinyl recording of a Geiger Counter. As a trained sound tech my ears scream "Fault" at me, but is it an important part of the track?
