The promotional items are the shirts, eco bags, and stalls, right? Will these be provided by Taste Nirvana for free? If not maybe we can discuss a way to minimize the costs. We also have to spend for marketing and listing fees here as we are now adding 2 new supermarket chains.

So far for exposure of the Thai Tea, we have been joining bazaars and trade fairs, and distributing tarps of Thai Tea to public transportation. We have also been sending Thai Tea to famous local celebrities. Our next plan is to sponsor events where these celebrities will have performances. In addition, we plan to join school fairs (all levels especially collegiate) where we would like to have a mascot because this will draw people to be curious about our product.

We hope you will be patient with us as our expectations of increasing sales with the 300ml hasn't picked up yet. The change from 480ml to 300ml hasn't brought an increase of sales. We have been hearing from some customers that the 300ml is too pricey but we will stick with our price because we know we are delivering a high quality product to the market.

In the meantime, maybe we can help each other out by assisting us with promotional items. We can make the shirts and eco bags here to lower costs. We do not have the same stalls here so we would like to still get them from you.
