This paper is divided into four major sections. The first section
identifies the main categories of the railway simulation
techniques. The second section presents and analyzes the computer
simulation programs in railway systems. In the third section
the RailSys railway simulation program has been
described. The forth section introduces an application of
RailSys Simulation Program on ABO-KIR railway line. This
application has been studied through the analysis of the existing
situation and introducing different innovation scenarios to
improve the rail line.
