Job description and responsibilities :
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Contact potential clients and set up meetings
Develop and implement a strategy for sales team and involved Marketing team
Pitch company’s products/services
Developing proposals and contracts
Research, evaluate and proactive to identify potential customer ie. Department store, Shop or all Factories
Coordinate with Sales and Technical Sales service for necessary information and production information in vary form to fit with each type of customers
Keep monitor current situation, economic update i.e AEC or trade measurement
Coordinate with Marketing department to analyst marketing plan both pro & con and outcome for further improvement
Provide necessary information and propose key strategy to the senior management team that impacted to the business development plan
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing department to seek new opportunities through sales and marketing material, promotion or activities both in Thailand and abroad
Job requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Development, Marketing or related fields
Minimum 2 years experiences in business development or sales and marketing (Packaging-related sales experiences is an advantage)
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
able to work under pressure and dynamic environment
Good command of spoken and written English
