Ah I see youa re a busy lady...this is very good to do a good job......
I like Ajhans Sumano teachings on the Internet....
I have two friends that become monks in Thailand.....some years ago....once they invitet me to a small monastery somewhere upcountry around Prachinburi......
only a few monks stayed there and there I helped them on Bindabat and some small things...I only stay short time
this is a subbranch of Ajhan Anan see here : http://www.dhammatalks.net/Books5/Ajahn_Anand_Akincano_Developing_Samadhi.htm
well at my stay one time Ajhan Anan was coming for a visit....so I was able to see him....
and he was very impressive for me .....
let me tell you it is so strange:
it felt that he is outside of common reality....over the time I saw and spoke with many meditators ...some vipassana teachers and monks in Thailand and abroad.....
all this people had a connection into the world....sure very subtle.....its something that I can see but cannot explain proberly...more a feeling an impression.....once or twice I also saw Goenkaji in person around him I had the feeling that there are many deva energys ......
some years ago I visited wat pha nanachat and the other monastery near byeWat Nong Pah Pong where they have a museum from Luangpor cha...and there is the main teacher there http://meditation.com/centers/Wat_Nong_Pa_Pong_Monastery Ajhan Liem
I saw him and he was a very relaxed easy going man free in his movements a broad smile very heartfull...
But Ajhan Anan was different.....very different....beyond ...
It would be interesting to visit Ajhan Sumano ....
do you know where he lives....????
would you be interested to come there with me if we can manage it...?????
I think the main thing should be to develope Panja in ourselfs ...we can visit Ajhans a whole lifetime if we dont work on ourselfs honestly than we never achieve anything like a dirsty dog that run from waterhole to waterhole but cannot drink cause the waterhole is to deep....
About Thai Silk from your area...pls.send me fotos it is very interesting idea....
till next
