JOB DEFINITION
HR Manager is directly responsible to the General Manager and has major responsibilities on Recruitment
Employee Relations, Training and Employee Recognition as well as others. He/she has to work closely with General Manager as his eyes and ear. He/she should be also a middle man between management and employee.
