Job Details : - Coordinate with line manager to update job description.
- Advertise job vacancy appropriately both internal and public, placing advertisement in a wide range of media to attract the applicants
- Develop and implement searching strategy to public resources
- Work with line manager to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
- Review applicants CV, managing and conduct interview session as line manager requirement
- Conduct the successful candidate references check and education check
- Coordinate with the contracted hospital for successful candidate check up - Conduct New Employee Orientation Program
- Update weekly recruitment report to line manager and recruitment agencies
- Making annual recruitment activities plan
- Reviewing Recruitment Service Agreement
- Responsible for Student Internship Program
