Manage the delivery of exams (IELTS, Aptis, University, Professional) across the country and in
Cambodia to British Council and Exam Board standards
Implement global/regional change projects and GNOME seek for ways to improve ways of
working Manage Test Day Personnel, including recruitment (sufficient numbers to meet business
objectives) and performance management; take responsibility of handling enquiries and
complaints; conduct customer surveys and set appropriate action plan
Lead and follow up on all kinds of exams audits (QCA, IELTS Audits,) and ensure centre’s
compliance is in line with global standards.
Manage all finance related to exams delivery. Duties include budget management, compliance to
British Council financial control standards and income reconciliations. Reporting any exception to
Country Exams Manager.
Support Country Exams Manager in completing the annual business planning process, including
setting fees and cost planning. ,
Manage and motivate exams team; ensure that all exams staff has job descriptions & key
deliverables, and review regularly as in corporate HR guidelines; develop annual training plan for
exams team.
A member of the Thailand Exams Management Team; be proactive in the promotion of the full
range of BC products and services; co-operate with Exams Marketing manager department heads
on general Council PR activities.
