Key responsibilities are to plan, develop and implement point of sales activation program in order to attract shoppers’ attention and induce decision to buy. This position will be responsible for food and non-food product categories and work with Category Planning and Sales team.
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Work with Category Planning, and Sale team for implementation plan of in-store visibility, communication, product display, shopper activation programs, and other customers’ specific activities tailored by channel and customer in order to drive mutual business objectiveDevelop POSM strategy and shopper activation mechanic for launch and re-launch, nationwide and tailor made program by supporting Sale TeamsDrive product display, merchandising unit, promotion gimmick and communication at point of sales as visible, and appealing to shoppers as possible and aligned with category strategy and brand equityDeliver high quality program and materials on time and with realistic budgetOwn program/project network and align with stakeholders to ensure programs delivered as agreed timeline and flawless executionLead the deployment process of the execution plan with effective communication to in-store operation (PC) and sale teamMonitor program implementation since the 1st day of execution, evaluate result after the end of program, and provide the recommendation for further improvementMonitor and control stock of all POSM materials, product tester and other gimmicks, and provide action plan to drive for optimizationManage spending within agreed budgetEnsure alignment and effective communication and coordination across departments
