Training design and instructional design is a process which created a program for development of instruction. To provide interventions is the participation of assessing and developing presentation and learn the process of the program. At first have to get the participation attention by starting with a story or a picture which related to the topic. Next is to start training objectives at the beginning of the process which will easily to determine the information that the leaner needed. To make all the learner more understanding the information is by showing the example or demonstrating, then checking for the participants understand. For checking that most of the learner understands the information that the presenter present as much as possible.
