One of the aims of the present study was to analyse the relationships between
motor skills, perceptual ability and visual-motor integration in a non-pathological
population, which included participants with high, average or low motor abilities
(at risk for DCD). The analysis of the correlations among the three factors did
not provide evidence that supports a strict interrelation between perceptual abilities
and motor components. The MRVP scale of the DTPV did not show any relationship
with the TGM, while the single significant correlation was found between the
VMI index of the DTVP and the TGMLoc index.
