Aim The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of coping training and support group interventions to reduce burnout among nurses. Therefore, the following hypotheses were tested:
H1: At the end of the intervention there will be a difference from the point of emotional exhaustion scores.
a: There will be a difference between the groups from the point of emotional exhaustion scores.
b: There will be a difference between the times from the point of emotional exhaustion scores.
c: There will be an interaction between the groups and the points in time from the point of emotional exhaustion scores.
H2: At the end of the intervention there will be a difference from the point of depersonalization scores.
a: There will be a difference between the groups from the point of depersonalization scores.
b: There will be a difference between the times from the point of depersonalization scores.
c: There will be an interaction between the groups and the points in time from the point of depersonalization scores.
H3: At the end of the intervention there will be a difference from the point of personal accomplishment scores.
a: There will be a difference between the groups from the point of personal accomplishment scores.
b: There will be a difference between the times from the point of personal accomplishment scores.
c: There will be an interaction between the groups and the points in time from the point of personal accomplishment scores.
