We all should understand these BPI tools (you may already know about these tools) and how to properly apply them. May I suggest that:
1. All of BU heads log on to the BPI module to understand these tools as well. There are online tutorials and you may need to pass their simple tests. This is how they track how many percent each country has completed it. If you don't familiarize yourself with it, you would not be able to guide your teams. In fact, you will be the best person to guide/help them how they can select proper tools to help their working smarter. Try to link to your business needs and/or process improvement needs. Please help take the lead/ownership.
2. All of BU heads must encourage their employees to complete the same in order for us to complete it as many as possible, if not 100% target. For those staff with English skills, they can do it directly on their laptops without excuse. For those whose English is not sufficient, we can do like Aey/Suresh have suggested. A group session to walk them through the tools and online tutorials will be helpful and fun. If it's the case, they should sit in front of their computers as they need to log on the system with their username and password. This may take 1- 2 hours depending on connection speed. Or you can opt to have a classroom session working on each tool tutorial together, but this my register only one log-on.
