This research aims to 1) for the development of electronic binary tree course data structures and algorithms, 2) to compare the achievement of students who learned by electronic binary tree course data structures and algorithms more. 3) to assess the satisfaction of students with E-learning course on binary tree data structures and algorithms. The instrument used in the research are: 1) E-learning about binary tree course data structures and algorithms, 2) test the achievement of multiple-choice type 4 selection of 20 items 3) the satisfaction of using E-learning. The course binary tree data structures and algorithms. The sample was second year student at the Faculty of Computer Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University has 30 people using simple random sampling. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
