3.3 Case Studies & Reports

The guest will talk about their experience as a manager and describe different challenges that he or she has been facing in his or her professional career. The student is then required to hand in an individual reflection report (between 1 – 2 A4 pages, in font Times New Roman, size 12 pt), to be submitted digitally via Blackboard before the start of the midterm examination (second session of week 6). This report contributes to 10% of the final grade in this course. The student is to reflect on the presentation given by the speaker and to contrast and apply it with the knowledge and theory acquired in chapters 1 – 3.
In case no guest speaker is available, the lecturer will instead arrange a make-up assignment of similar scope.
