Responsible for all recruitment process by using effective sources.

Proactive in searching, identifying and first screening qualified CV before summit to line manager.
Develop and implement the personnel policies to support business goal and to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements.
To assist HR Director handling for hiring document, HR policies & procedure and arrange all facilities for on-boarding process.
To handle of employee orientation according to company policy.
To handle for employee time attendance via HRMS system and other related HR tasks.
To support HR team for employee relation activities or HR ad hoc project.
To monitor the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
To make all related HRM report as assigned.
To establish Training Course per requested
Other HR administrative tasks, as assigned.
