This report is a part of the course 205491 (Professional Training) of English Department, School of Liberal Arts at University of Phayao in the academic year 2015. This report aimed to present professional training at Galangal Cooking Studio Chiang Mai.
This report consisted of five topics including background information, student’s duties, problems and suggestion, personal reflection, conclusion and appendix. However, I would like to express appreciation to my chief and all of them at Galangal Cooking Studio Chiang Mai; my advisor, Kornika Lanpor, who suggested and helped me all things. Besides, I would like to give a lot of thank you to everyone for suggestion and supporting throughout my professional training course.
Hopefully, this report might be useful for anyone who wants to work as a trainee at Cooking School for the professional training course in the near future.
