Job Description:
• Ensure proper routing and travel itinerary
• Be open for ad hoc tasks as needed and requested by the company activities and operations from time to time
• Provide travel information to incoming enquiries and can accommodate guest in last hour.
Qualification:
• Male or Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 1 years experiences in experience in Airlines / Tour / Travel agent
• Good personality, interpersonal skill, communication skills, teamwork, service mind
• Excellent telephone manners
• Able to work independently and also as a good team player
• Energetic and proactive
• Customer service oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Multitasking ability and should be problem solver
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Good command in English
