Hello,
Your dedication to integrity and business ethics is valued by your fellow colleagues, our Company and Leadership, as well as our Customers; thank you for making it a part of the work you perform every day. Federal-Mogul ensures each employee understands and commits to our Mission and Core Values through, and along with other means, annual completion of the training curriculums listed on your transcript (also shown below) within the Talent Management System (TMS). You may complete these required certifications beginning today, and all certifications must be completed no later than September 30, 2015.
Assigned Required Training Curriculum
- Integrity eCertification: Annually, Federal-Mogul asks employees to acknowledge their commitment to Federal-Mogul's policies. All newly hired employees must sign a certification upon commencement of employment. This annual update is required by Federal-Mogul policy. Compliance with this annual acknowledgement is critical and will be monitored. The annual update will cause each salaried/professional employee to review the integrity policy and sign a document agreeing to their compliance with the policy. Each salaried/professional employee must thoroughly read the integrity policy before proceeding with the electronic certification. The certifications will be compiled, retained and subject to audits as evidence of each employee’s acknowledgement with the policy.
- Code of Conduct: A code of conduct is a key part of the ethical framework in any organization. Federal-Mogul has built a culture within our organization that supports the protection of international human rights and is committed to the highest ethical standards in the workplace and in our actions. Federal-Mogul is committed to providing a work environment where all employees and others who do business with the Company respect human rights and act in an ethical and professional manner. This course covers our Code of Conduct and Basic Working Conditions. It teaches participants the concepts and benefits of the Company's code of conduct, and offers practical advice on how to apply the code to ethical dilemmas in a business environment.
- Data Security: Privacy and security are everyone’s responsibility; it’s important to be aware of Company policies, as well as personal best practices in the area of data security. This training will educate you in the area of Data Security through a 30-Minute online data security training program by raising awareness about the types of data security risks that you may encounter. In addition to the online training, you should launch and review Federal-Mogul’s Corporate Information Security Handbook, which is included below, before acknowledging your understanding by signing off electronically to complete the training.
It is recommended that prior to completing the certification, you review the instructions on how to complete the training curriculums within the TMS.
