You should respond to the buyer and try to resolve the problem by Dec 01, 2016. Most buyers and sellers are able to work things out by communicating with each other directly.
If you haven't already done so, provide shipping information, such as an item tracking number, shipping date, and shipping carrier to the buyer in the Resolution Center.
