NP-CM Organizer Company was established in 1994 by 4 shareholders, Miss Nan, Miss Pae, Miss Cake, and Miss May. The company was located in Chiang Mai where is the headquarter now. Then, the company expanded the new branches in both of capital city and provincial areas which are in Bangkok, Ubon Ratchatani, Phuket, Khon Kaen, and Kanchanaburi.
For Bangkok branch, it was founded in 1998 by having Miss Ing-Dow as the Director. In Bangkok branch, there are one hundred employees. For the second branch in Ubon Ratchatani, it was founded in 2000 directed by Miss Nan, the Director. There are fifty employees in the branch. For the third branch, Phuket branch, this branch was founded in 2002 directed by Miss Pae, the Director. There are fifty employees in the branch either.For the fourth branch, Khon Kaen branch, it was founded in 2008 directed by Miss Cake, the Director. There are fifty employees in Khon Kaen branch.For the last branch, Kanchanaburi branch, it was founded in 2010 directed by Miss May, the Director. There are one hundred employees in this branch.Therefore, the total number of the employees in NP-CM Organizer Company is three hundred seventy.
Through twenty years since NP-CM Organizer Company established, the Company has held two main business objectives, the first one is that, to be a company that owned by Thais which can provide the quality management services, compared to international standard companies. The second one is to maintain the standard of the company for being one of the top leaders in business’s market regarding exhibition arrangement agencies in Thailand.
In NP-CM Organizer Company, there is a primary goal set by the founders to run the business. The goal is that “to maintain the standard of the company to meet the needs of the customers as much as possible and to be one of the top leaders in business’s market in terms of providing event managements for seminars or even exhibition events in business’s market such as product and service launches exhibitions, and products’ and services’ sales promotions.
NP-CM Organizer Company Limited runs a business of the exhibition management services by focusing on providing quality services that meet the requirements of the customers as much as possible.
There are three main groups of the customers of the company that are general people, government corporations, and private organizations which require various types of exhibitions in order to promote their products or services for sales increasing objective or even to promote corporate image of their companies.

The Growth Rates of the Business in 5 Years Ago
In 2010, the company made a good profit more than previous years according to the higher rate of the employment. After that, there was a deflation of the economy in the same year that caused the company had small amount of income. In 2011, there was a condition of an economic recession causing a decreased employment rate. Anyway, the company still was able to handle with this economic condition even there was a slight loss. In 2012, the country still was in recession resulting in low income of the company which led to financial loss in business, compared to previous quarter. This condition of the economy caused small businesses being in the light of attention from the customers for being cheaper, compared to the big ones. Anyway, there was a higher employment rate according to the period of high season in 2013. This situation led the company to gain more income in 2013 than in the previous year (20%). In 2014, as there was an economic recovery, the company earned a great deal of profit which was the highest earnings, compared to the previous 10 years.
According to the bar chart, the increasing and decreasing rates of the company income are shown. Due to the economic recession crisis, the number of employment rate decreased. Anyway, the company dealt with this problem by improving working and administration processes until it ended up with being increased of the company’s income.
