the hotel pension fund values you as a client and it is important our information about you is accurate and up to date. the pension you are receiving is for your life time and therefore we are required to know that you have not deceased. with your check being mailed, deposite or sent via wire transfer to overseas locations it is very difficult for us to keep abreast of you. we ask that you provide a copy of an up to date ( not expired ) from of identification that is notarized by someone in authority for confirmation of your status.
as at july 1,2016 all transactions will now have to be processed though your bank. we will no longer be able to send funds via bank drafts. we ask that you kindly complete the from enclosed with your banking information to ensure that you continue to receive our service. please note that our clients that do not reside in bermuda must have their signature witnessed by a magistrate, notary public, postmaster, bank manager, medical doctor or cleargyman who know you.
