Ah time differences... I'm writing to you and it's 3PM here, but it's 2AM for you
I hope to hear more about you! Tell me your story, what would you tell me about you?. Do you have any brothers or sisters? do you have any pets? What do you like to do for fun? Do you do any sports or workout?
So you're an undergraduate teacher, what subject do you teach? how long have you been doing that? Does it take a lot of time out of class (at home) to prepare & maybe read or correct students work? How about holidays, do you have any (LOL)? does it work in semesters? how much time off do you get?
have you ever done any adventurous activities like skydiving, bungee jumping, rock climbing, scuba diving, skiing (probably not) kayaking or hiking?
Speaking with you brings back good memories of my trip to Thailand :-)
So I'm not sure what part of the city you live in, but here's the restaurant I mentioned to you "Cabbages & Condoms"http://www.tripadvisor.ca/Restaurant_Review-g293916-d983669-Reviews-Cabbages_Condoms-Bangkok.html

The place looks a little ridiculous with the decorations made from condoms, but the food was great!, I think in the 4 weeks in Thailand, it was the only restaurant we went to a second time. I was looking at the menu, they have a few dishes with soft shelled crab, but I probably ordered "Panang Poo Nim" & I always ask for extra spicy! (being white, no one thinks I can take spice)
Outside of Thailand I've never had good Panang curry, while I was there, I probably had Panang almost every day
The best restaurant I ate at in all of Thailand is a place called "Beyond the sea" in Ko Samui

Of course, you probably know of better restaurants than me in Thailand though ;-)
Maybe someday you can bring me to your favorite one
you'll probably laugh at me, but the best Thai food is not in Thailand
I also took a few cooking classes while I was there, the best one I went to was in Chaing Mai called "Basil Cookery"
hahaha, for fun, I went to their website & I found my picture there! http://www.basilcookery.com/photo_gallery/2012-03-30/
There was much more things I wanted to see & do while in Thailand. The one I really wished I did was go to this resort out in the jungle called "The Cliff & River Jungle Resort", but I don't want to go alone... Any suggestions ;-)
