Abstract
The paper takes the automatic control principle
course for example and mainly studies applications of
Dreamweaver in online teaching of specialty courses. It
discusses why it needs to design the teaching website,
why to choose Dreamweaver to design it and how to
design.

1. Introduction
Automatic control principle course studies common
laws of the automatic control. It is the key course for
students majoring in the electrical and information. It
reflects innovations of control theory and practices of
control technology since the twentieth century. The
“teachers-blackboards-students” teaching mode is
commonly used in the traditional teaching. Most
students can not digest contents they have learned in
classes in time and effectively. So results in teaching
are not very good. Building the teaching website of
