Nestle Purina PetCare is not new to creating a quality management and improving in the value of operating income, organization's stock, sales, return on sales, employment and asset growth. The entire point of a company is to continuously improve and deliver better results to the organization’s stakeholders, but a world class company has a strong commitment to stand for passion, expertise and trust, and for this reason, the purpose of this paper is to explain how even a big company requires constant improvement and development to become an example of effective quality management and control in all aspects of manufacturing, managements, customer service, needs and trends linked to the latest requirements and priorities and how the development of a core team of organizational leaders is mandatory in the effective creation of a planning system. This system helps to ensure that development of a company takes place in the public interest, in economically, socially and environmentally sustainable ways.
