Managing & controlling all administrative / general affair tasks including those relating to company vehicles, housekeeping, buildings, messaging, office supplies/equipments, etc.
Contacting suppliers
To take care for overall office and operation facilities and utilities.
Coordinate and maintain excellent relationship with all department.
Implement and maintain safety policy to ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements.
Ensure all service requirements of the office are undertaken.
Liaise, coordinate and report on the administrative activities.
