Conduct all recruitment activities for candidates level Staff upto Supervisor
Prepare Employment Agreement for candidates level Staff upto Supervisor
Ensure proper processes & forms have been followed and completed during the recruitment and selection
Prepare and control Headcount Plan and Budget for all divisions
Participate in all activities to promote KAL as preferred employer such as Campus visit, introducing our executives for Guest Speakers, etc.
Update vacancy list in all channels such as intranet, internet, company’s website
