Instructions:
1. Open your peer’s description of hometown one by one.
2. Read and give feedback on each peer’s description of hometown according to the task.
3. Assess each peer’s work (description of hometown) according to the criteria.
Situation:
Suppose you are a foreigner who plans to visit Thailand for ten days. Your pen pal wants you to make his/her hometown one of your destinations. You have to read and consider how well your pen pal provides information and describes his/her hometown.
Task:
1. Write a letter to your pen pal giving a response as to whether you decide to visit his/her hometown or not.
• If your pen pal includes the information of four aspects as required, you write a positive response saying that you will visit his/her hometown. Also give the reasons why you decide to visit his/her hometown.
• If your pen pal includes less than four aspects, you write a negative response saying that you cannot include his/her hometown as one of your destinations as you do not have sufficient information. Also, write to ask for additional information that you wish to know on the aspect(s) of the description that is/are still missing.
Criteria:
1. Write your answer in English in email or letter form.
2. Your email or letter should consist of at least 80 words
