Other Duties:
Communication - Responsible for communication to the School’s customers, parents and students and school staff inclusive of teachers, teacher assistants, nannies and administrative staff. Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable school operations to run smoothly and provide an effective service to customer groups.
Management of Information - Use available office tools to manage information and store in a tidy and systematic manner.
Quality Control - To ensure that all enquiries are handled in a polite and efficient manner, using English as the main medium. To ensure that telephones are answered using appropriate greeting and identifying the school name.
Health and Safety - To make oneself familiar with procedures available in the School Crisis Management Document and follow instructions accordingly. To take part in responsibilities as requesed by the School.
Self Development – Develop knowledge of new initiatives in the School, to attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Rules and Regulations - To follow the rules and regulations as stipulated by the School.
Qualification
- Thai Nationality only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in secretarial position is essential.
- Computer literate (standard software, internet, e-mail, etc.)
- Good communication in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in an International School is desirable.
