Considering the existing evidence that perception of each HR practice
significantly enhances the procedural justice perception of employees, which,
in turn, increases their commitment to their organizations, it seems reasonable
to assume a similar pattern of effects regarding employees’ overall perception of HR practices. Therefore, the following mediation hypotheses
were developed:
