RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To be represent Dimension Data as an onsite resident for fault, incident and proactive engagement work
- Provide day to day operation support to the site assigned
- Incident and Problem Management
- Trouble shooting on site
- Ensure that the events are handled till closure
- Check site and conduct site audits as needed
- Technical consultation to customers on product operation and configuration.
- Provide hardware and Software support to customer both over the phone and on-site.
- 24-hours mobile phone on-duty services.
- To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure.
- To maintain technical competency on assigned product range.
- To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure (vendors).
- Technical liaison with customers.
