Responsible for the entire operations and equipment of various sections within the department (refer organization chart) .
Supervise / delegates duties to all Managerial staff within the department and to prepare their work schedule.
Conforming and enforcing policies, procedures, rules and regulation laid down by the hotel in order to achieve uniformity and the required minimum level of standard.
Prepare monthly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and prepare their work schedules.
Control and verifies occupancy forecast and keep management fully aware of the availability situation.
Maintain a log book on incidents, complaints ect., and refer them (if required) to the appropriate department for any necessary actions.
Prepares various monthly reports and submit them to the General Manager.
Conducts operation meeting to review, monitor and upgrade the performance of the department through disseminations of information, explaining new directions, policies and procedures.
Prepare annual Capital/Operating budget and to ensure that it’s expenditure is kept within the budget by presenting the profit and loss statement on monthly basic.
