SYSCONTECH requires, as a condition of your employment, that you live in faculty housing. As part of this requirement, we expect you to maintain the property and keep it in good repair and cleanliness at all times. The emergency money deducted from your salary during the initial employment phase will be used as maintenance and cleaning deposit. Upon completion of your employment contract and, in the case of returning your flat to SYSCONTECH, the maintenance department will conduct a property and cleanliness inspection. If there is any damage or in case the flat require cleaning, money will be deducted to cover the actual related expenses. Should the damage exceed the amount of the emergency money deposit, SYSCONTECH will deduct the money from your settlement amount.
