How about a little house shape out of wood for our offices, a longer shape for warehouses, and a circle for factories. Then color code then and for factories leave a space to write in the three letter acronym. PRD, HCR, BRM, etc. Each one should be no larger than 1.5” x 1.5” x .75” thick, or so.
That way it ties in the opposite side of the wall in terms of material and geometry. Drill a very narrow hole through each one and then we’ll insert a thin nail with a head so we can use them as push pins. Stain them or paint them. I would love it if they were natural wood on the sides and stained or painted on the top to represent what they are. Blue for our offices, red for factories, green for warehouses, etc. Some color significance.
We’re going to do this wall in all of our offices, so it’s worth the time and effort.
