3.6. Evaluation of MAPK phosphorylation and RhoA translocation in the rat aorta
Ethanol administration did not alter p38MAPK, SAPK/JNK or ERK1/2 phosphorylation (Fig. 5). Pre-treatment with vitamin C increased p38 MAPK phosphorylation but did not affect the phosphorylation of SAPK/JNK or ERK1/2 (Fig. 5). Ethanol administration did not induce RhoA translocation in the rat aorta (Fig. 5).
