This has been a challenging year due to our sales being impacted by slower than expected category growth. Despite that we are doing better than the market as our strong market share trend shows. This is clearly a result of our strong commercial strategies and their equally strong execution. As the market situation improves in the YTG we in Customer Development need to continue to excel in our in-store execution to maximize our market share and sales performance.
It gives me great pleasure to introduce a special focus plan for Q3 2014 on driving in-store excellence. The plan has the objective of ensuring strong focus on some of our most important KPIs as a team. To make it even more interesting it includes a special one-time incentive - you can earn up to an additional 1% of your Q3 salary over and above your regular commission earnings !!
