Assist the manager in all daily task, staff roster, recruiting, training, briefing etc.
Takes an active part of customers care, enquires and questions
Make sure customers are served efficiently in a professional manner
Make sure the take away (bakery / cakes / ice cream / coffee) area is performing
Work together with the restaurant team before and especially during service
Respect to health and safety standard in the restaurant
Willing to learn and share new knowledge
Work 6 days/week
